Crick-Plan ("we", "us", "our") is a personal cricket coaching app that helps coaches build drill and game libraries, assemble training sessions, and share content with players and parents. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.
When you create an account, we collect your email address and name. This is used to identify your account and authenticate you when you log in.
Any drills, games, sessions, session groups, and diagrams you create are stored securely and are only accessible by you, unless you choose to share them via a public link.
If you subscribe to Crick-Plan, payment is processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store your card details — only your subscription status is recorded on your account.
If you submit a message through our Contact form, we collect your name, email, and message content to respond to your enquiry.
We may collect anonymous analytics data about how the app is used (such as which features are accessed) to help us improve the product. This data is not linked to your identity.
We do not sell your data. Your coaching content is private to you. If you share a session or group via a public link, only the content within that shared session or group is visible to anyone with the link. We use trusted third-party services for payment processing and hosting, which have their own privacy policies.
Your data is kept for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account through the Settings page, your drills, sessions, and groups are permanently removed. Contact messages are retained until no longer needed.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can delete your account at any time from within the app's Settings page, which removes your associated content. For any other data requests, please contact us using the details below.
Crick-Plan is designed for coaches and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 16.
We take reasonable measures to protect your data using industry-standard security practices. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
